Everyone has a hesitation when it comes to dealing with real estate agents, but it doesn’t have to be that way. We are very happy to share our experience with you so as to put your mind at ease. 

David and Andres helped us find our dream home in Florida. The first thing that they did was actually listen to us in order to best understand our needs, wants, and desires when it came to finding the perfect home for my husband and I.

They were so much more than real estate brokers, but they quickly became our trusted advisors and our friends. They shielded us from the process of negotiating directly with the sellers which they did for us in their own smooth, rational, and very effective way.

Once they found the perfect home for us, it didn’t stop there. They educated us about the real estate tax assessment process as well as the title and title insurance process. 

As a matter of fact, the closing did not mark the end their services nor did it mark the end of our relationship.  They made sure we were comfortable in our new home and that we knew who to go to for whatever we needed post-closing. They also started reaching out to us on all of the major holidays to wish us well and to make sure everything was going fine.

We were blessed to have met them and our friendship continues to this day three years later.
We recommended them on several occasions to both friends and colleagues, and everyone we introduced to David and Andres, without exception, were extremely pleased and could not thank us enough.

The only thing scarier than being a first-time home buyer is being a single income, first-time home buyer in the greater south Florida area.

Let me start by saying how thankful I am for meeting David! He is so good at his job and always made sure he is meeting his clients needs whether its budget, type of home, neighborhood, location, everything.
